This Sled will replace your current sled on an HRE4000 with a width of 7.5” mast. The HRE5000 Sled is a bit wider. We have field tested this and used it for years. It is not designed by an engineer and has no stamp of approval from Gayk. That being said after years of use we feel it is something that we can share with other Gayk Pile Driver owners. This will take your standard sled and give you an additional 2 positions to move the hammer up increasing your over all max height about 28” where we see a standard 16’ pile is achievable after this installation on a standard HRE4000.
In the pictures below check out the old factory sled next to the new sled, you will see the extra 2 positions that you can move your hammer up.
The last picture shows the maintenance hook that we also make, which allows you to easily move this hammer up and down on the sled in the field incase you need to still get to those lower piles close to the ground. When the hammer is in the very lowest position on the sled you can achieve

Included you will receive the new sled, the new nylon wear guides, the new metal back plate to the nylon guides.
You will need so re-use your factory bolts and wedge lockers along with the square pocket wear guides and bolts.
Total weight of the product is 210lbs plus the weight of pallet to ship on.
The current lead time to manufacture and ship is 30-45 days
